Jesse Morales, a Hobbs resident, is collecting donations for Texans affected by Hurricane Harvey. Morales is at the Wal-Mart parking lot until 7:30 p.m. today. He will be there again from 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Wednesday. For more on this story read Tuesday’s Hobbs News-Sun.
