Joe Imbriale, owner of Rig Outfitters in the Broadmoor Mall, poses in his store Friday in Hobbs. Imbriale is taking a stand after what he says are several instances of shoplifting and theft at the store, including authorizing his employees to be armed in the store for self defense if they’re legally entitled to be, he said.
